Event Ticket Cancellation Policy

 

The Strait Area Chamber of Commerce appreciates the support of its members and the wider community in attending/participating in the events it hosts.  To ensure that these events remain sustainable and of a high quality for all participants, the following ticket cancellation policy remains in effect.

 

Celtic Oktoberfest: no refunds.

 

All Other Chamber Events: Written notice (email preferred) must be received a minimum of 72 hours (3 business days) prior to the event date in order to receive a ticket refund. If an individual/company does not attend, but a ticket has been reserved/purchased and no notice of cancellation has been received, they will still be billed accordingly and no refund is available. Please send your written cancellation to our Membership Services and Events Coordinator at membership@straitareachamber.ca

 

Tickets are Transferable: For all events, including Celtic Oktoberfest, if you cannot use your ticket, we encourage you to give it to a client, guest or colleague to attend in your place.
