We are more “connected” today than we have ever been, and yet so many people report feeling isolated, unsupported, overwhelmed and discontented.
This thought provoking session with Carla Anglehart, Governance and Leadership Specialist and Organizational Development Consultant, will provide insights on the root causes of some of the stress, negativity, bullying and toxic behaviours that have become more prevalent in our schools, workplaces and communities. More importantly, this session will offer tangible actions that can be taken in all these settings to shift the culture and co-create environments that are psychologically safe, positive and supportive.
This Small Halls | Big Ideas Session is FREE to attend and Registration is Required. Brought to you in partnership with Victoria County Home Support Service Society and Taigh Cùraim Daycare Society.
